研究室住宅課題2020-コマワリの家

敷地は文京区の旗竿地で四方を建物に囲まれた暗い土地。
その暗さを良い特性だと捉え、暗い部屋から明るい中間層を眺めるダブルスキン構造の家を設計した。過密都市での新しい採光と暮らしの関係作りを目指した。

The site is a flagpole lot in Bunkyo Ward, surrounded by buildings on all sides, making it a dimly lit plot of land. Embracing this darkness as a favorable attribute, we designed a house with a double-skin structure, allowing views from dark rooms to bright intermediate spaces. Our aim was to create a new relationship between daylighting and living in densely populated urban areas.
